Privacy Policy

This website is operated by Steve Needham Roofing Services, a sole trader business based in Retford, Nottinghamshire. If you contact us by the enquiry form, phone or email, we keep your name, contact details and the information you give us about your roof, along with any photos or video taken during your survey, so that we can respond, provide a quote and carry out the work you have asked about. We do not send marketing and we do not sell or pass on your details. They are shared only with Squarespace, who host this website and store form enquiries, or where the law requires it. Enquiries that do not proceed are deleted within a year. Customer records are kept for six years to cover our guarantee and tax record-keeping. This website uses Squarespace’s essential cookies and, with your consent, its visitor-analytics cookies. The reviews section is provided by Elfsight and loads content from Google.
